Version: draft · pending legal review

This is a draft prepared under the Personal Information Protection Law and related PRC legislation, and has not yet been reviewed by qualified counsel. The specific lists relating to entrusted processing, disclosure to third parties and cross-border transfer must be verified against the service providers actually used and completed before public release. The version finalised by counsel governs before commercial release.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how we handle personal and business information when you use the product and related services, and what rights you have. We process information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, the Cybersecurity Law, the Data Security Law and related legislation. Please read it in full before using the service.

2. Information we process

(1) Information you provide: contact name, mobile number, store or company name, industry, and what you write in enquiries and forms. (2) Business information necessary to deliver the service: store category, operating characteristics, product and service details, and materials you upload or designate. (3) Operating data obtained from third-party platforms within the scope you authorise: performance data for content published by your accounts, and customer interactions such as comments and direct messages received by those accounts. (4) Device and log information: device identifiers, running status, fault and operation logs, used to keep the service available and to diagnose problems. We do not collect personal information unrelated to the service.

3. How we use it

We use the above only to generate content relevant to your business; to publish content and reply to comments and messages as you instruct; to produce your own operating reports and reviews; to keep the device and service running, diagnose faults and maintain security; to contact you when you make an enquiry; and to meet obligations imposed by law. We do not use your business information for purposes unrelated to these.

4. Personal information of customers and other third parties

In replying to comments and messages on your behalf we encounter third-party information such as account names and message content. In respect of that information you are the personal information handler and we act as an entrusted party under your instructions: we process it only as necessary to deliver the service to you, not for our own purposes, and do not disclose it to unrelated third parties; on termination of the engagement we delete or return it as agreed. You must ensure that you have a lawful basis for holding that information and for entrusting it to us, and that you meet the applicable notification obligations under platform rules and the law.

5. Entrusted processing and disclosure

To deliver content generation, speech synthesis and recognition, and image and video generation, we must pass the minimum information necessary for each function to the corresponding technical service providers. We enter into data processing agreements with them covering purpose, method, duration and security obligations, and we supervise their processing. Apart from the following, we do not disclose your information to other third parties: where you give separate consent; where required by law or lawfully requested by a competent authority; or where necessary to protect the public interest or your own significant lawful interests. (The categories and names of the providers actually used must be added here before public release.)

6. Cross-border transfer

Some models and generation capabilities may be supplied by providers outside mainland China. Where processing your information requires transfer abroad, we will meet the statutory conditions under the Personal Information Protection Law — such as obtaining separate consent, entering into standard contractual clauses, or completing a security assessment — and will separately inform you of the recipient, purpose, categories involved and how to exercise your rights. (The actual recipients and the lawful route relied upon must be added here before public release.)

7. Storage location and retention

Your information is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We retain it only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the processing purpose: business information and generation records are retained for the duration of the service and, after termination, deleted or anonymised at your request; log information is retained for the period required by law; where legislation specifies a different retention period, that period applies.

8. Security measures

We apply technical and organisational measures consistent with industry practice, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access, audit trails and periodic security review. Internal access is granted on a need-to-know basis. No measure can guarantee absolute security; in the event of leakage, alteration or loss of personal information we will take remedial action promptly and notify you and the competent authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Law you may access and copy your personal information; request correction or completion of inaccurate information; request deletion where the statutory grounds apply; request an explanation of our processing rules; withdraw consent previously given; and request portability of your personal information. You may make a request through the contact details on this website and we will verify your identity and respond promptly as the law requires. If you consider that our processing infringes your rights, you may also complain to the competent authorities or bring proceedings.

10. Minors

The service is intended for commercial operators and not for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you become aware that we have processed the personal information of a child under fourteen without knowing it, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Cookies, local storage and analytics

This website uses the local storage necessary for basic functionality, such as remembering your theme and language preference; that data stays in your own browser and is not sent to us. In addition, the site uses Umami, an open-source analytics tool we host ourselves, to record aggregate usage: page path, referrer, device type and browser language, and which category of button you clicked (for example “Book a demo” or “Become a partner”). It sets no cookies, collects no directly identifying information such as name or phone number, and performs no cross-site tracking. The data is stored on our servers within the territory of the People’s Republic of China and is not shared with third parties. We use it solely to understand how pages are used so we can improve the site. The script loads asynchronously and a failure to load does not affect the site; you may also block it through your browser’s privacy settings or an extension.

12. Updates and how to contact us

We may update this policy in response to changes in law or in our business. Updates will be published on this page with revised version information; changes materially affecting your rights will be highlighted and, where necessary, your consent sought again. For any question, comment or complaint about this policy or about how your personal information is handled, please contact us using the details on this website.
