Installed but won't open? Trust it once
- 01You must open this page in Safari and tap install — the in-app browsers of WeChat, Douyin and QQ cannot install it.
- 02After tapping install, wait for the icon on your home screen. Tapping it now shows “Untrusted Enterprise Developer” — that is expected.
- 03Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, find the developer under Enterprise App, open it and tap Trust.
- 04Return to the home screen and tap the icon again. You only ever do this once per phone.
If it says “cannot install”, or stops opening later
An enterprise distribution certificate can be disabled by the platform, after which new installs fail and installed copies may stop opening. If that happens, contact us and we will give you another way in — your data lives on the server and survives a reinstall.
