Accounts and credentials
You sign in to each platform yourself, on your own device. Accounts and credentials remain yours, and you can revoke access at any time. We do not and cannot sign in on your behalf without your knowledge.
Trust
An agent working on your behalf only makes sense if you can trust it. Here is how we handle that.
Human in the loop
Outbound actions — publishing, comment replies, direct messages — default to human approval: the agent drafts, and it only goes out after you confirm on your phone. You may switch specific actions to fully automatic. That is your choice, not our default.
AI transparency
Content is generated by large models and we do not pretend otherwise. The industry templates, source assets and generation records behind it are traceable, and you see every draft before it is published.
Data handling
We process your store operating information and the platform interaction data you authorise, such as comments and messages. Processing is limited to generating and replying to content for you, and producing your own operating reports. See the privacy policy for detail.
Pause and revoke
Any automated task can be paused at any time. Published content can be withdrawn or deleted through the product. When you stop subscribing you may ask us to delete the associated data.
