The iMi app (the “App”) is developed and operated by 深圳果冻移民咨询有限责任公司 (“we”). It connects to the IMI Merchant Assistant device you purchased so that you can view and manage the human–AI collaborative operations the device carries out for you. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use the App and what rights you have. The Chinese version prevails.
1. Pairing and sign-in (required): mobile number and device code, to bind the App to your device and identify you. 2. Device identification (required): Android ID, device model, OS version and App version, to tell your phones apart, troubleshoot and offer updates. 3. Notifications (optional): the push token issued by your phone maker's push service and your notification permission status, to send you to-dos, approvals and account-verification alerts. 4. SMS alerts (with notifications): your mobile number, to text you when a platform asks you to verify your account in person and the App is not open. 5. Media sync (optional): after you grant access, photos, videos and audio added or changed today in your gallery, plus files you pick yourself, synced to your device to create and publish content. Only today's media is synced; your gallery history is not. 6. Calendar sync (optional): after you grant access, calendar events from 7 days ago to 90 days ahead, synced to your device so the assistant schedules content around your plans. 7. Camera (optional): to shoot media, record digital-avatar footage and scan the device code. Beautification and face-position detection run on the phone. 8. Voice (optional): microphone audio for voice input and voice calls with the assistant; audio is sent to our servers for transcription. 9. Chat and approvals (required): the text, voice and images you send to the assistant and your approval actions, to carry out your instructions. 10. Account verification (optional): when a platform requires in-person verification, you open the device's browser screen inside the App and sign in or verify yourself; we process your actions on that screen. 11. App updates (optional): the install-unknown-apps permission, to download and install new versions of the App. Your sign-ins to platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu and WeChat Channels take place on your device and stay on the device, not in the App. Optional permissions are requested only when you use the feature; declining one affects only that feature. You can revoke any permission in your phone's settings at any time.
The App integrates the following third-party SDKs and services, which process the necessary information under their own privacy policies: 1. Xiaomi Push SDK — Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd. We give them only what each function needs and bind them by contract on purpose, method and security.
When Firebase Cloud Messaging (only on phones with Google services) or Google ML Kit is used, the information listed in section 3 is processed by Google LLC outside China. Otherwise your information is stored in the People's Republic of China.
We keep your information only as long as these purposes require. After you unbind your device or close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information unless the law requires otherwise.
We protect your information with encryption in transit, least-privilege access and audit trails. If a personal-information breach occurs, we will inform you and report to the authorities as required by law.
You may access, copy, correct and delete your personal information, withdraw consent, close your account and ask us to explain our processing rules. Contact us using the details below; we will reply within 15 working days after verifying your identity.
The App is intended for business operators and not for children under 14.
We publish updates on this page. For changes that materially affect your rights, we will show a prominent notice in the App and, where necessary, ask for your consent again.
